I am Murilo Tadashi, a visual merchandiser with a fashion design degree from IED, graduating in 2018. During my studies, I worked on conceptual projects and collaborated with talented peers. I began my career at C&A magazine in Brazil, assisting with fashion editorials, styling, trend forecasting, and writing. A highlight was the project managing a Kim Kardashian collaboration launch in Brazil.

After graduating, I joined the marketing department of Brazilian brand Alcaçuz. I oversaw multiple store launches, campaign rollouts, visual merchandising, and influencer partnerships there. Following this, I worked closely with designer Heloisa Faria on her collections and retail store. I was also responsible for coordinating her fashion show for Casa de Criadores.

I then joined the global contemporary brand Rosa Chá as a design consultant, adapting designs for international markets, building sales materials, and leading photoshoots. Recently, I relocated to London and worked for a startup as a retail consultant, designing retail processes and stakeholder networks to facilitate product development.

I am a visual merchandiser for COS, a contemporary fashion brand from the H&M group focused on modern, functional design. In this role, I oversee in-store displays, product presentations and other visual elements daily. I also coordinate with store managers and designers on new collections and launches. My creative background helps me translate the brand vision into an elevated, engaging customer experience in-store.

With hands-on expertise in visual presentation and experience driving results across marketing, design and retail, I bring a creative, big-picture perspective to visual merchandising.
